We’re only able to offer refunds if a show is cancelled, postponed, or significantly changed. If you can’t attend, you may be able to exchange your ticket for another performance of the same show. This is at the Box Office’s discretion and must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. A small admin fee applies.
Doors typically open one hour before the performance begins. This gives you time to collect tickets, grab a drink, and settle in.
We know things don’t always go to plan. If you arrive after the performance has started, our team will do their best to seat you at a suitable break in the show but entry isn’t guaranteed, and we may ask you to wait until a pause in the action.
We don’t currently send reminders before each show, so we recommend checking your confirmation email and our What’s On page for up-to-date details about your visit.
We don’t currently have a cloakroom. We kindly ask that you keep personal belongings with you during your visit, and avoid bringing large bags where possible.
Most performances include a 15 – 20 minute interval, but this can vary depending on the show. Details are usually shared in the programme or announced before the lights go down.
Drinks from the Epstein Bar are welcome in the auditorium (we’ll provide plastic glasses), and snacks from our Ice Cream & Sweets stand are also allowed. Food and drink brought in from outside the venue isn’t permitted.
If you’ve misplaced something during your visit, please contact us at info@epsteintheatre.com with a description and the date of your visit. We’ll check our lost property and do our best to reunite you.
At present, public Wi-Fi isn’t available in the venue – but we’re always reviewing ways to improve the experience for our audiences.
Yes! We welcome private bookings and creative hire enquiries. The Epstein is perfect for occasions including meetings, conferences, birthdays, weddings, and rehearsals. For more information email our General Manager, Stephen on stephen@epsteintheatre.com
