Accessibility

We want everyone to feel welcome at the Epstein Theatre and are committed to providing the best possible experience for all our visitors.

If you have any specific access requirements, we encourage you to get in touch ahead of your visit so we can support you in any way we can. Whether it’s assistance with access, offering a guided look around before your event date, or simply answering a few questions to help you plan your visit with confidence, we’re happy to help at boxoffice@epsteintheatre.com.

Venue Access

The theatre, including the bar and the foyer, is located on the second floor of Hanover House. Our circle seating is situated on the third floor. The main entrance to the venue is via a spiral staircase, which leads directly to the foyer, box office, bar, stalls and circle levels.

For visitors who require lift access, a member of staff will be available at the front entrance to assist you before and after the performance. The lift provides access to the foyer, stalls and bar. Please note that the lift does not go to the circle, which is two further flights of stairs above the foyer level. All customers using the lift must be accompanied by a member of the Epstein team.

Inside the auditorium, there is ramped access to dedicated wheelchair spaces at the rear of the Left Stalls.

Additional Access Information

The stage can be accessed via stairs or by lift to stage right. However, there is currently no lift access to the circle seating or the green room (backstage area).

If there’s anything you’re unsure about or you’d like to discuss your visit in more detail, please contact us. We’re always happy to talk through the options and make sure your experience with us is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
